What a great day to go outside.  Cool breezes and sun, sun, sun.  Went for a road ride this morning with Mike and Tracy in Coronado.  Legs were barking because of the George St. Pierre workout yesterday. Why do you always feel it the next day?

Day 2 of low calorie regimen,  it's not as bad as I thought. So here is the plan.


  • Set goals (1, 2, and 3 year goals)
  • Eat every three hours (I found a prescription app for the phone to help with reminders)
  • Eat veggies and lean protein (chicken and fish)
  • Drink water all day long
  • Get 8 hours of sleep a night
My goal for the week is to eat six meals a day, my reward is to buy a cable for the electric guitar.

When I reach the goal weight the reward is a board for SUP.
