Day 2 of low calorie regimen, it's not as bad as I thought. So here is the plan.
- Set goals (1, 2, and 3 year goals)
- Eat every three hours (I found a prescription app for the phone to help with reminders)
- Eat veggies and lean protein (chicken and fish)
- Drink water all day long
- Get 8 hours of sleep a night
My goal for the week is to eat six meals a day, my reward is to buy a cable for the electric guitar.

When I reach the goal weight the reward is a board for SUP.
